We are authorized to do business as mortgage brokers by a wide range of lending institutions. From this lending network, we compare and select the best loan program to suit individual customers’ needs. Major programs include:

• Fixed Term loans of 10, 15, 20, 30 years
• Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) loans of 3/1 (3 year fixed interests rate then indexed
  variable rate changes annually, and amortized over 30 years), 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1
• For both Conforming and Jumbo loan( > 333,700 )
• Interest only loan of 3 and 5 year terms
• Credit line loans

A typical loan to value ratio (LTV) is 80%. However, higher LTV ratio loans can be obtained for certain customers who meet specific requirements. We can secure a fast and easy loan if the LTV ratio is less than or equal to 70% with easy document requirements. We offer
no cost refinance loans with certain limitations. Please contact us for specific details.
