Ms. Nancy Wang is the Executive Financial Officer for Capital Enterprises,
and a Broker Partner for California Sunshine Real Estates. She was born in Taiwan, received her M.S.
from National Taiwan Normal University, and Ph.D. from National Taiwan University in Biotechnology prior
to immigration to the US in 1987. She is the founder and owner of Nancy Wang Agency which operate office
services to encompass mortgage finance, real estates, and insurances business since 1990.
She holds the licenses of California Real Estate Broker, California Financial Security, California Notary Public,
as well as Life Insurance and Properties Causality Insurance licenses. The advanced educational trainings give her
the detail analytical skills, keen sense of judgment, together with her caring and trusted personality have attributed to her
business success for the past twelve years. The office has since processed over $ 950 million of loans, 150 real estates
transactions, and 750 insurance policies. |
