Ms. Nancy Wang is the CEO, having served as the San Ramon Branch Manager for Allstar Investments for 12 years. The business has grown from 2 persons in 1990 to 12 persons presently, including 8 licensed agents/brokers and 4 administrative processors. This operations team is active in community services with a widely diverse customer base which continues to grow. We maintain excellent relationships with local realtors who often refer to us for purchasing loans. We are also closely associated with our sister company California Sunshine Real Estates, as well as Nancy Wang Insurance Agency which provides auto and home insurance services.
